The staff were always a delight, really happy, and really informative. We were escorted to our Rose Suite by Ethan, who was also a fantastic concierge. They were really attentive, even those that did not know we had booked the Rose Suite. Additionally, they provided us with an All Day Dining card, which entitled us to complimentary food and drink from any of their restaurants and outlets throughout our stay.
